The engine compartment is completely detailed, housing the Pontiac 400 big block, married to a GM Turbo 400 transmission and then Posi-Trac rear end. The functional Shaker hood scoop, red block, and the right amount of chrome, set this engine apart from the rest.
The exterior glows with Standox Base Clear Silver / Black Rose Pearl paint with graphics designed by Wade Weber and Ted Bowditch, adapted and applied by Richard Roy of Maniacal Expressions. Wade has owned this since 1986 and is only the second owner.

1976 Firebird TransAm
Jet
Hot coated headers are attached to a 3” stainless FlowMaster exhaust with
custom made tips installed by Vern at Minute Muffler. The Alpine sound
and alarm system is discreetly tucked away in the Dark Firethorn Red
interior, with a rare optional rear seat console. The front console
houses the B&M Modular Competition Shifter with reverse lockout.
